Comfort is key! Please dress your child in clothes they can move, stretch, and play freely in. Think playground or gym class attire. We want them to feel unrestricted and ready for fun.

We can direct bill to most insurance providers. Most extended health benefit plans cover services offered at PlayWorks, including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Chiropractic, and Clinical Counselling. As plans vary widely, we recommend checking your specific coverage details. We provide you with a detailed receipt after each session with all the information needed to submit your claim for reimbursement.

Great news! You do not need a doctor's referral to book an assessment with any of our therapists. You can book directly with us today. However, some extended health insurance plans may require a physician's note for reimbursement, so it's always best to check with your provider.

There is a parking lot located behind the building and the lot has 2 wheelchair stalls as well. There is also a parkade next to Newport Liquor Store, you can park in any of the stalls with no “reserved” sign.
